Made by: Pat Bryan Quilted by: Pat Bryan This traditional quilt was started around 1985 and pieced by hand. Fabrics are mostly cotton but a few are leftover poly/cotton scraps from garments. Hand quilting started around 1990 and was done on an “old-time” frame consisting of two wooden saw horses and two long poles. This frame was originally used by my Grandmother.
This is our “sofa” quilt that is used regularly and laundered so many times it’s “buttery” soft and slightly faded. It’s a great example of the sturdiness of quilts.
