I had been collecting Halloween quilts for years when I found the wonderful Carpe Noctem fabric at the SBQG Quilt Show. It was perfect for the focus fabric. It took at least another year to find the perfect pattern and even longer to finally start quilting. It turned out exactly as I imagined it!
