Minou avec Chapeau Rouge by Sue Glass
Minou Avec Chapeau Rouge (Kitty with Red Hat) was designed using a modified block from the pattern “Flower Box Quilts” by Colette Belt. This bright quilt is an original design made with a log cabin variation. It is an exercise in color gradation, and would be a lovely wall hanging or child's quilt. The design is enhanced by Matt Randall's quilting. 44.5" x 53" December Nights by Unknown
An abstract design to convey a non-traditional nighttime winter scene with the impression of pine trees and snow. The applique is enhanced with quilting, hand and machine embroidery and beading. 11" x 18" |

What a wonderful use of asian fabrics. 20" x 32" Happy Hearts by Julie Limbach Jones
This quilt was a prototype for the Guild’s 2016 show “heart” challenge based on the “Keep the Heart Truth Growing“ pattern by Jane Spolar. I experimented with different color combinations and background fabrics. I chose a different version for the challenge and this quilt went into the UFO pile. I resurrected it to try the “2-color binding” technique for a 2021 QuiltCon Together class. 44.5" x 53" |
