AUCTION QUILTS
SBQG Quilt Show 2026 

Welcome to the South Bay Quilters Guild annual auction of handmade quilts!

We have a new format this year which will make our quilts available to both in-person bidders as well as those unable to attend. A silent auction format will be used where bids will be entered online (using a phone or computer) on the SignUpGenius Auction platform. The auction site may be accessed at https://auctions.signupgenius.com/bid/sbqg2026auction/#/index which includes photos and detailed information about the quilts. The Auction quilts will also be hung at the show for in-person viewing with half the quilts set to close bidding on Saturday and half on Sunday.

​How to Bid

Once you enter the auction platform, click on register. The only information required is an email address and then you can bid!  Scroll through the items and click on the place a bid button. You can choose to bid the next incremental bid or a higher amount. The auction platform will notify you via email if you have been outbid for a particular item or you may check the site periodically for your “watchlist” items (click on the “eye” icon next to the quilt title) and update your bid as desired.

​You do not have to be present at our show to win a quilt!

If you are the winning bidder on an item and unable to pick it up in person from the show on Saturday, Feb 14, 3pm-4pm (only quilts that close bidding Saturday) or Sunday Feb 15, 3pm-5pm (for quilts that close bidding on either Saturday or Sunday) you will be contacted by our Auction Chair to arrange payment and delivery/shipment options. Sales tax of 10.25% (Torrance, CA) will be added to all purchases and shipping costs if applicable.
